Imperial Rules and Regulations

The following people should be hunted, and killed on sight, for they betrayed the Empress, may She live forever, and the Empire:
  • Aaroc - For the murder of property of the Empress, may She live forever.
  • Arjin - For the murder of a fellow conscript in order to steal a rare lance.
  • Dinggo - For attacking the Innkeeper as well as other citizens of the Empire.
  • Drakavrea - For betraying the Empress, may she live forever, and the Empire. Her crimes against the Blood of the High King are unforgivable.
  • Edau - For pretending to be a Deathwatch by wearing their equipment, and the markings of the Dark One.
  • Ednish - For theft of Imperial property.
  • Inzan - For throwing his support behind a traitor to the Empire.
  • Ishaw - For the attempted murder of a Deathwatch Guard.
  • Khalos - For various crimes against the empire, including attacking those who are still learning their strengths.
  • Narus - For Murder.
  • Sangaer - For Murder.
  • Seiter - For the attempted murder of Conscript Rizzel on the 5th day of Taishim, 563.
  • Strait - For attempting to Assassinate the Empress, may she live forever. His crimes against the Blood of the High King are unforgivable.
  • Tihtan - For arguing with Lord Tzao, when he had no right to do so for obvious reasons, further more for trying to escape punishment.
  • Travin - For Impersonation of an Imperial Soldier.
  • Xalkira - For hoarding equipment and renting to escape punishment.
  • Xi - For betraying the Empire by attacking the Morat'torm Balar.
  • Yildak - For the attempted murder of a Deathwatch Guard.
  • Yurian - For assisting oathbreakers in the assassination attempt on a member of the Blood.
  • Virai - For insulting the Empress,may She live forever, by placing his lips upon hers. Further more for murdering a fellow Seanchan.
  • Vitellius - For proclaiming himself to be the king of the Seanchan Empire. His crimes against the Blood of the High King are unforgivable.
